Transition Program
School and Beyond
As part of their education, some students
can take advantage of our supervised part-time employment opportunities,
helping them develop direct work experience, good work habits and useful
skills. We also help our students find jobs after graduation. If our students
choose to continue their education at the university level, we provide
exposure to, and interviews with, college admissions counselors. We also
offer assistance with SAT preparation and the college application process.
Even beyond their time at Lord Stirling, our students may always be assured
of the support of the school’s faculty and staff. When students
graduate from Lord Stirling they receive a New Jersey high school diploma
from their sending school district but most importantly, they leave our
school with a renewed sense of understanding and self worth as well as
the knowledge that they have the ability to succeed at whatever they do. |
